"Myke and Rachel,
Elizabeth and I have been working hard to set up our new home and just put the finishing touches (for now) on the house yesterday. Now that we have some time to sit back and take a breath, I wanted to take a moment to thank you both for all of your help finding and closing on our home. Your expertise, skill, and sound advice throughout the process were invaluable. We appreciated your patience with us as we searched for what we wanted as well as your ability to navigate us through the process once we knew we were interested in this house. In particular, we want to thank you for finding a solution to our financing hiccup and helping that important piece go through. In the end, the rate and lender situation turned out better than what we had previously set up. What a blessing.
Thank you, also, for the kind note, the lovely framed "House Rules", and the DC key chain you left for us to find when we first got here. What a nice touch that was, it really made us feel right at home before we even unloaded.
We are so happy in our new home. Thank you again for all of your work to make this happen for us. We will certainly pass your name along to anyone we meet with real estate needs.

Unfortunately as Myke confirmed most do the homes listed on the website where sold or under contract. Myke listened to my specific needs and never once pushed me outside my home buying boundaries. In fact she reinforced my choices and preferences every step. She does not hold back her honest property appraisals and really works tirelessly to find your home!! Her assistant Rachel keeps track of all the necessary does and don't and saves time and expenses with electronic processing. "To Whom it May Concern:
I wanted to take a minute and tell you how great Ami Leatham is. I do not think she knows I am writing this to you, and she did not perform her actions to me to sing praises to her boss. Myself and my roommates are leasing a house on Paloma Ridge starting August 1. We soon realized that our current lease ends July 31, and that our furniture and ourselves had nowhere to go that night. I called Ami, and she first asked the current tenants if it was possible for them to move out a day early. One tenant could not, much to our disadvantage. However, Ami did not stop there. On her own, Ami first called the tenants in the other half of the duplex and asked if it were possible that they move out early. She then called the new tenants(that would start August 1) and asked if we could switch duplexes.
Because of Ami's selfless persistence, we now have a place to lay our head and put our furniture on July 31. Ami did not have to go out of her way to help us, but she did! She created more paperwork and more of a hassle for herself, just to help us out. We now are switching duplexes, and everyone is happy.
It is obvious that you hire the best of the best to work for you.

I love your mantra in helping me do my HOMEWORK!! Thanks to you, I just saved $6000.00 on my property value for tax purposes by protesting with the Brazos County Appraisal District. I did an informal appeal, had my homework together and low and behold, she lowered the value to match present data. Whoo Hoo!
Teresa and I really do appreciate you, your help and support of use being in our home. We love it. We love our neighbors. Rachel just sent us a report showing College Station is #6 in the nation in keeping its property values. My brother in Detroit's home is worth $50K less than what he bought it for some 20 years ago. I think we'll be staying here for a while.

We were leaving the state and were impressed from the first that we were leaving our house in good hands with Michelle. We were proved right many times as we went through the steps of selling and finally closed the deal.
We first met with Michelle to discuss our pricing options. She helped us arrive at a selling price that was fair and yet in our best interest. This was not a simple thing since we were arriving at a value which included a garage converted to living space. It was critical how we approached this as we could have potentially lost a lot of money. Michelle was very aware of our position and worked with us in a shrewd manner to arrive at a value that was in our best interests as well as fair to our potential buyer.
Michelle then, through many conversations with us, was able to assess the things that were most important for us as a seller. She was able to understand what our limits were within the selling arena and saved us aggravation by fielding several offers which were markedly below our comfort level. She was willing to stand firm on our desires for a fair contract on offers which were more of a judgment call, even though that meant potentially more work for her. We felt she truly had our best interests in mind. The situation that stands out most in our minds occurred when our future buyers selected an inspection company that came back to us with a report that had many miscalculations and actual misstatement of facts about our house. We all felt that the potential buyers (who were a young couple and first time buyers) would not be able to get past the outrageous inspection report. Amazingly though, Michelle worked with this bad situation by contacting plumbers, electrical inspectors, and others who could put the report into perspective. One of the best parts of this was that she had us fax her a copy of our home owners warranty and then was able to contact them before a deadline which ended up savings us around $900.00 in replacement costs!!
All through the whole selling experience, Michelle was on top of everything. She handled all our dealings in a thoroughly professional manner. She followed through- with everything she promised to do for us and had the natural capacity to deal with people and situations that arose. She came through in a most excellent manner! We would recommend Michelle to any of our friends in a second."
